  I am very satisfied with Mt Ommaney Family Clinic. The doctor I deal with is helpful and understanding and I never feel that she "rushes" the appointment. She takes time to listen and to ask many questions. The reception ladies are friendly even when really busy. Parking is plentiful given the clinic is within the Mt Ommaney shopping centre, and having the Terry White Pharmacy close by means I can have my scripts filled without having to drive further to a pharmacy. My appointments do sometimes start quite a bit later than the booked time, but this is understandable if a prior appointment has arrived late or more time is needed with that person or there is an emergency that the doctor has to deal with.

  The first time i came here i wait nearly two hours past the appointment with a screaming toddler. I didnt complain and Dr Allison seemed lovely. I came back to the clinic thinking I'd found a nice place for my family. Second time my kids were irritable from yet and other wait. My toddler screamed through the appointment and spilled juice on her carpet. It was a four person appointment so he was exhausted and believe me i punished him! Today we waited again for about an hour and my toddler started to tantrum. Before i could think of how to deal with the situation Dr Allison was already slagging me to the admin ladies telling them what my kid did to her carpet. This horrible for me because im a single mother with no support network and my children's health cant be neglected as well while my toddler gets through this phase. If you dont like my kids then i dont like you so i won't be returning to or recommending this place.

  If I could give this place a zero, I would. Was misdiagnosed by same doctor for 2 seperate things, kept persisting only to essentially be told I was crazy, went for a second opinion and to a specialist to be told original doctor was completely wrong and lucky I listened to gut instinct. 1 year after specialist appointment was told I needed a new referral to continue specialist appointments and to call the clinic for them to fax a referral through, only to be told they will not do that. Very very rude and not good doctors.
